Who We Are

INOTHINK is a UK-based social enterprise advancing workforce-led innovation in healthcare. We enable nurses, midwives, Allied Health Professionals (AHPs) to translate frontline ideas into implemented solutions through a structured innovation pathway. Our work focuses on strengthening innovation capability and supporting safe, ethical, and scalable improvements in practice and health systems that improve patient outcomes and reduce health inequalities.

We work with partners to co-design and implement context-specific innovation solutions, strengthening workforce capability and enabling frontline professionals to translate ideas into practice. Rather than exporting fixed models, we adapt our approach to different health system contexts, supporting locally driven, scalable improvements in care and health outcomes.
